Letter from my 6 year old self.

I have loved to write since I was young, I've just found proof.

My Mum was going through some old boxes the other day and came across something pretty special.  One of the first stories I ever wrote, I was 6 years old. It's even illustrated.

I just wanted to share this with everyone.

  2. Isn't it just fabulous! It cracks me up every time I read it. Stuff like this is just amazing. You forget sometimes what you were like years ago, just brings a little bit of it back :D

  3. That's awesome. I still have a note from one of my boys declaring he'll never get married. It's coming out at his wedding at the end of the year, exactly 20 years after he wrote it. Hee hee hee.

  4. Fantastic Graham! I'm sure he'll see the funny side! We see life so completely differently as children. I'm so glad we have these little treasures to remind us! I'll definitely be keeping some of my kid's first writing to pull out at 18ths, 21sts, weddings... :D

  5. What I think is funny, is that parents were bribing the kids to stop fighting. Samehappens today. Not much changes, does it?

I've still got some of my children's artwork. The eldest is in her 30s now.
